Director, Employee Benefits & Retirement Savings (Canadian Automobile Dealer's Association)

Organization: Canadian Automobile Dealers Association

Position Title: Director, Employee Benefits & Retirement Savings

Reports to: CFO & Director Member Services

Location: Thornhill

The Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) is the national association for franchised automobile and truck dealerships that sell new cars and trucks. Our 3,200 dealers represent a key sector of Canada's economy. Through our dealers, we are represented in nearly every community and those dealers collectively employ over 160,000 people across the country. This is a large association in Canada, national in scope, dealing with the Federal Government and Business Leaders.

CADA is a federation of provincial and regional dealer associations. Our Board of Directors is made up of the dealer representatives of those organizations. Our Executive Committee includes dealers chosen by each of the major regions. This means that our regional members have direct input into the association's strategic direction and daily decision-making. Every day brings new challenges to Canada's franchised new-car dealers. CADA acts as the national voice of the dealers and serves as a forceful advocate to government, industry and the media.

CADA helps dealers in all of these ways. Our activities, products, services and publications are designed to help dealers succeed.
